  1. Who we are

    VOTT AI (ai.vott.in) is run by Digi Dream Ltd, Ektanagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067, India.

  2. What we collect

    • Business owners: name, email, phone, business details, topics, files and directory lists you upload.
    • Your customers who chat with your bot: name, mobile number, messages, files they send, and which links they tapped.
    • Basic usage data (pages, device type) to keep the service working.

  3. Why

    To run the chatbot, show chats to the business owner, send alerts and reports, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

  4. AI

    Messages may be processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate replies. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

  5. Service providers we use

    • Supabase (database, Mumbai, India)
    • Vercel (hosting, Mumbai region)
    • Meta/WhatsApp (message delivery)
    • Anthropic (AI replies)
    • Resend (email)
    • Upstash (temporary data, Mumbai)
    • Google (sign-in)

  6. Where data is stored

    Mainly on servers in Mumbai, India.

  7. Who sees chats

    Only the business owner and authorised VOTT support (when the owner asks for help).

  8. Directory listings

    A business may list people in its directory. Phone numbers are shown only if the business marks that the person agreed. Anyone listed can ask to be removed by messaging “Remove me” or contacting the business or us.

  9. Retention

    We keep data while the account is active. Owners can ask us to delete their account and data; we delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
