  1. Service

    VOTT AI gives businesses a WhatsApp and web chatbot, share links, and an optional directory.

  2. Accounts

    You must give correct details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for what your bot says and what you upload.

  3. Allowed use

    No spam, no illegal content, no misleading claims, no messages to people who did not contact you or agree. WhatsApp's own rules (Meta Business Policy) also apply.

  4. Directories

    You must have permission to list people and to show their numbers. Paid or promoted listings must be clearly labelled (for example “Partner” or “Featured”) and explained to your customers.

  5. AI replies

    Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check important information. You can take over any chat.

  6. Plans and payments

    Some features may be paid. Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices with notice.

  7. Our rights

    We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

  8. Liability

    The service is provided “as is”. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

  9. Law

    Indian law; courts in Mumbai.
